1. About Blue Jay

Blue Jay Technologies LLC is developing technology designed to help children experience greater independence while giving families a way to coordinate help when needed.

Information presented on this Site describes our company, philosophy, products under development, and anticipated features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, descriptions of unreleased products, features, specifications, pricing, availability, launch dates, and functionality are informational only and may change as development continues.

2. Website Purpose

The Site provides information about Blue Jay Technologies, our mission, product development, early-access opportunities, company updates, and ways to contact us.

The Site itself is not an emergency service, monitoring service, location service, or substitute for emergency responders.

If you or another person is experiencing an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency services.

3. Early Access and Waitlist

The Site may allow you to join an early-access list, waitlist, mailing list, or similar program.

Joining a waitlist or submitting your information:

• does not constitute a purchase;

• does not guarantee access to any Blue Jay product or service;

• does not guarantee a particular launch date, price, feature, or product configuration; and

• does not create an obligation for Blue Jay to release or provide a particular product or service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue an early-access program at any time.

4. Products Under Development

Blue Jay products and services described on this Site may still be under research, engineering, testing, certification, or development.

Images, prototypes, renderings, demonstrations, descriptions, technical specifications, and anticipated functionality may represent concepts or development targets rather than final production products.

Final products may differ from materials displayed on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a warranty or guarantee regarding future functionality, performance, regulatory approval, availability, or release dates.

5. No Emergency-Service Guarantee

Blue Jay's mission involves family safety, but nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a representation that Blue Jay can prevent accidents, injuries, crimes, emergencies, missing-person incidents, or other harmful events.

No current or future Blue Jay product should be considered a replacement for appropriate parental or guardian judgment, emergency services, medical assistance, law enforcement, or other professional emergency resources.

Specific terms governing any future Blue Jay product or service will be provided separately when such products or services become available.

6. Children and the Website

Blue Jay develops technology intended to support families and children, but this informational Site and its contact, waitlist, and inquiry features are intended for parents, guardians, adults, and other authorized users.

Children under 13 should not independently submit personal information through the Site.

If you are under 13, please have a parent or legal guardian interact with Blue Jay on your behalf.
