Blue Jay Technologies LLC (“Blue Jay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit the Blue Jay Technologies website, including thebluejaytech.com and webpages operated by Blue Jay that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”).
This Privacy Policy applies to the public Blue Jay website as it currently operates. It does not describe the data practices of future Blue Jay wearable devices, mobile applications, Protection Mode, location services, subscriptions, or other products that have not yet been commercially launched. Those products and services may be governed by additional or updated privacy notices before they become available.

Future Blue Jay Products
Blue Jay is developing products intended for use by families, including children.
The future Blue Jay wearable and related services may require information practices different from this public website.
Before collecting personal information from children through a Blue Jay product or online service where applicable law requires parental consent or other protections, Blue Jay intends to implement appropriate notices, consent mechanisms, data controls, security procedures, retention practices, and other legally required protections.
This Privacy Policy should not be interpreted as the final privacy policy for the future Blue Jay product ecosystem.
4. Location Information
The current public Site does not provide Blue Jay’s planned child-location or Protection Mode functionality.
Technical information associated with a Site visit, such as an IP address, may permit service providers to infer an approximate location.
This is different from the precise location functionality contemplated for future Blue Jay products.
Any future collection, processing, or sharing of precise location information through a Blue Jay wearable or application will be addressed in the privacy notices applicable to those products before commercial deployment.
